at idle, quarter, half, three-quarter throttle there is this rattle coming from my secondary... but, at full throttle... it goes away! (thats pretty much it in a nut shell!)

Any ideas???? im stumped! :(

hey hockey, havent had a doo clutch apart but my guess is its time for a rebuild or replace....my guess is the bushings/buttons are worn....

I had it apart a couple months ago, to replace the plastic cylinder thing, and some of the bushings... might need to re-look through the secondary again..

although the rattle could be nothing with clutch... i'll check it out!

AkHockey10,
Is it an annoying "rattle" at 5500-6000 RPM's and is it more apparent/louder on the left side/brake side of the machine? If so, I had the same exact thing happening on my 154X after a couple days of mountain riding(150 miles). Spent a bit of time chasing this annoying rattle down and it ended up being the brake disc protector rubbing ever so slightly on the bottom of the caliper. The fix was to slightly bend the caliper protector away from the brake caliper so it would no longer make contact. It would become noticable when cruising between 5000 - 6000 RPM's and would go away when you grab a handful of throttle but would return when going back into the "cruising" RPM zone. Don't be surprised if it comes back as your boots have a tendency to push/bend it back into contact with the caliper, but it's as simple as getting the flat blade screwdriver out when it starts to make the noise again and giving it a bit of adjustment.

See pic below for a visual....
