When you state you have 15grams of pin weight. Do you include the cotter pin as well or just the total pin weight then the cotter pin extra. The cotter pins I have are darn near a gram themselves.

what are you using a grade 8 3 inch bolt? 
I think the retaining pin could be used for more pin weight just as a larger diameter roller...
Have you weighed your arms? Different arm weights do different things as well. Good luck

They are just the cotter pins that came with the threaded pins. I was amazed also when i weighed them, but they were all exactly a gram
