Questions about xp / I want to trade my windshield

My wife and I have 2 new 154 xp's... one is an X with 200+ miles and the other is a everest 0 miles. Nothing has been done to either of these sled and I was wondering if there are any obvious things that I absolutly need to do to clutching, ect. Also I just brought the everest home brand new tonight and I know this is not the swapmeet, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in trading an x model console and windshield for mine which has the larger windshield. I am also going to put fox float shocks on this sled and wanted to see if anyone was interested in the stock shocks while they are brand new 0 miles. Thanks for the help!

I took the X windshield off my wife's XP and would trade you but don't want to be down while parts are shipped. I'd send you the windshield.
