Can the bolts on the rubber mounted handle bar mounts be lossened so they flex? Or are they designed to be tight? I would think if I ran them a little loose it would help with the vibes.... or do I have to get rox antivibe mounts to do this...

I'm not sure I'd go that route, I'm just speculating here but I think any little movement that you allow in there will eventually wear the rubber bushings out. What bars do you have? Single, double wall, 7/8th, fat bars? I just swapped out to a set of Renthal 1 1/8th from my Pro Taper 7/8th bars and they transmit more vibration for sure but its not unbearable by any means.

I have the 1 1\8 with antivibe inserts and bar ends... if I keep mine in a 4 6 rpm range the vibes are not to bad but damn coming down the hill at a low load on hard pack it's brutal... all I have are two strokes for dirt so it is all I ride I am going to try to lighten up the front ski pressure all the way also and see if that helps... it is an issue in the hard pack once I have any powder I am good to go...

Check out Precision Racing Products. They make a handlebar mount that has shock absorbers built into them. I have them on my 1997 CR500. To be honest though I didn't see much difference.
