Quadzilla scout not reading boost, 98 CTD help!

Its got an Edge EZ is that why it isnt reading the boost? Or do i need to buy a boost line for it

I was just looking and the scout adds power on the 98-02 trucks, so you will have to remove the edge ez. the scout was supposed to just be gauges but I guess they decided to throw some timing at the vp trucks.I would have to imagine it does boost fooling aswell.

ya it came with a "module brain box" But i think the power gains are downloadable, not a standard feature. Im waiting the next email ffrom jeremy at quad and see what he thinks. maybe just a dysfunctional unit. Well see, BTW i disconnected the EZ and tried it and still no boost. Im getting IAT but no boost.. Odd

ya if that part is disabled it should work. probably a bad unit.

Lame, well see what Quad says. Im sure theyll take care of it, i sent my warrany card in already lol
