Absolutely! Bottom pulley and belt all the way on...no need to bolt yet. Put zip ties around the belt just below where the top pullet will go...not tight, just enough to pull the 2 sides of the belt inward (toward one another) in a straight line with the top pulley held in place ...basically just to hold the belt in a shape that is as close as possible to how it looks when installed. Line up the splines visually (top shaft) and wiggle the top pulley on . Might need to angle it just slightly to get it started or bevel to splines as some have done in other posts. Once started it taps in easy with a plastic mallet. The cone tool might make it easier but this went pretty easy with not much effort. I don't have much "effort" left in me any more so always looking for the easiest way!
