I just wanted to know if anyone here would be interested in setting up a group of us wanting to make some positive changes. I started losing weight Jan 4th and have lost 116 pounds so far. Its been an everyday thing to get here but I know it can be done. So if you need to lose weight or you wanna get in shape or whatever reply to the thread or you can drop me an email at maxxlights @aol.com

I have been following the Bill Phillips Transformation Program. Went from fat dude on the couch to running 13.1 miles in The Denver Marathon last Sunday. Anyone looking for some motivation and a reason to change??
If so I would like to offer support. Happy to show before and after pics just send me an email.
 
Great job doc. I started in June and have dropped 60 so far. Feel much better, cant wait to throw a leg over the 9.
 
Oh I tell ya I cant wait..... who needs a new sled when I am gonna ride like never before...
BugITO its not a competition its making a change for the better...

NoLimits... I do miss beer and have one on occasion but nothing tastes as great as being in shape feels.

Oregunrmk WAY TO GO!! It shows up in all areas of your life doesnt it. I am not the same guy I was a year ago. Not in any way.
 
I always do try to stay in shape. Id be glad to pitch in if someone had any questions about routines, supps, or whatever.
 
LSB right on... I used to judge people in shape but they have earned every single bit of where they are. Judgement to admiration.

Ha ha, good job, but in all seriousness, I quit boozin, started loosin, then replaced it with chow. Just cant win, but thats why I got a turbo. A few more pounds and I just turn it up!
