PUSH TURBO KIT 2012 PRO CLIMB 800

I have installed multiple Boondocker and Cutler kits, they both perform well. I really like the cutler I feal he uses higher quality components and his customer service is second to non so if your a do it yourselfer this is something to consider. I prefer the Boondocker controller over the attitude that cutler uses but I feal the Boondocker is a cheaper built kit and customer service leaves allot to be desired to say the least and I'm a dealer for both. Havnt had my hands on a push so I can't speak on that. Have twisted some wrenches on other kits but we won't go down that road. Haha

I have worked an all the kits and have installed all but cpc. Push is by far easiest " but I do not need instructions". Customer service us good if you can catch him. So on a scale 1-10 a 3 but I love the kits. I to hate the dolbeck box and do not use it on cats I find it works good on Polaris kits. The main resonance I do not use cpc kit to many thing to change not cost affective.
 
I have seen to many boost reference hoses crack or get cut off of the dobech controllers and who wants to remember what the heck all those colors mean anyway, give me some numbers. The electronic boost reference the Boondocker runs is the only way to go IMO.

Well if tps and throttle safety switching works no big deal.




has anyone ever wondered what would happen if the charge tube comes off?? Throttlebody before turbo = Full throttle??
 
Already had that happen. Blew the charge tube off the top of the turbo. Had to kill the sled to stop it. It wasnt going fast or anything but it gets lean enough on idle that it says engaged.

The ease of installation my have been true for the m series, but I disagree about this statement on the proclimbs.

actually have a 2009 m8t and a proclimb cutlers kit practically bolts on plug and play and by far is the best customer service.
not trying to argue but if you never used the kit, isn't it easier to leave out your opinion

Was not bashing just stating that I do not like a lot of things on the kit SO TO MANY THING I WOULD CHANGE In my opinion.
 
G kit Still got some fine tunning to do but close

This is running 5.5 lb of boost I am clutched a little heavy in video and still not 100% but its close.

Which kit.

I think with the throttle before the turbo I like the tial better and a lot easier to tune. Flow more air spools quicker
 
why dont you turn the boost up past 5.5 whats it like at 10lbs if the tial flows better I would think turn it up not trying to be hard on you I know the push kits work

I did not say it did not work and the g works good but i think for this application I like the tial better that is what he asked. Last year or on the 07-11 I like the G kit but on the new system I think the tial is better. Yes sled needs boost turned up to at least 8.5 but remember it is supposed to be pump gas.

Yes it would be on the pc. So it is worth the extra money and go with the tial? I am planning on running it here in mn and out west. Will the tial be better for that to?

sorry didn't know it was a pump gas kit looks good for pump gas just hope you guys get good pump fuel we have a problem getting good pump fuel ever time so i got rg kit and it's fun to run more boost as you know
