Pump Gas Turbo info needed

I am looking at getting the Boondocker pump gas turbo for The 11' pro RMK but Have some qestions about Tuning and clutching.
The problen is we ride at two different elevations, either at 2- 4000 feet or at 6- 8000 feet.
I want to run on 100% 91 octane
Will I Have to change the clutching every time i make a trip to the mountains or run the same setup for both elevations?
And will i have to get two different maps made on the boondocker box for both elevations or just turn the boost down at lower elevations or What?

I am a beginner when it comes to these turbo setups and any help will be apprieciated.

the box will compensate for the fuel adjustments, you will need two different clutch set ups, but good luck running straight pump gas at 2-4k feet. even with the boost turned all the way down your going to need some better fuel to run that low
