You should think about selling the CDI with that engine. Polaris had many different Fly wheels and CDIs that went together so to keep the timing right you should sell them together

I guess I misposted originally, I know it is a Polaris bottom on it, not a PSI one. It is also currently in an Arctic Cat.

990 is built off oem polaris case, 995 (same bore and stroke) is built off psi case. 890 is 91mm bore with stock 68mm stroke 700 crank. Most 925s can be punched out to 990. 925 pistons are hard to come by. I have lots of 990/995/1500/1404/890 etc pistons.

She is sold, thanks guys! They WERE stamped 990 on the intake sides of the cyls, saw that once I got the engine on the bench.
