Just lay the boards down where you want them and use a felt pen and trace inside the opening. I cut the whole piece out leaving room to rivet the edges. About an inch on the sides. It's actually quite easy to do.Just take your time.

looking for the answer to this question aswill if so how can i buy one? for a 174
If you look through the openings you'll notice everything is cut out. You'll no what I mean when you lay your board in. They also come with in dept instruction when you get them.

You bet it fits perfect with the Timber sus!! Mine bolted right in. Contact Monster Max about the 174, I think he is working on 162's right now.

That looks pretty clean, the drop brackets look a little thin, I have a tendancy to bend stuff..

I think the cropped off running boards will let you dig deeper while climbing before you get hung up! Seems all the sleds with their boards cut back are harder to get hung up in extreme snow conditions.

Does anybody have any updates on the status of these tunnel extensions? Once again that time of year and hoping to get some this time. Otherwise, is there anything out there similar to these? Seen the skinz version and don't like them at all... Any info appreciated!
