Does everyone run these bars inline with the steering post? I rode a Standard RMK the other day, and wow, did that feel different compared to my Assault. The bars felt like they were in my lap by comparison.

Considerably lower, right? Sounds interesting. I know that the trend is to lower bars now...but I'm 6'3" and I certainly don't need them higher but not sure if I would want them a lot lower.

Inline and lower. I'm 6'1" and obviously the lower makes the whooped out trail worse, but as soon as your off the trail and on a rail pulling your sled over life is bliss.

I'm 6', bars inline, I went with the Fly Dan Adams bar as a compromise between the Pro Tapers and the RSI. It's still comfortable on the trail, but noticeably better off trail. The RSI's just felt too low on the flats, but off trail even that extra inch lower between the RSI and Fly is noticeable.
If you're the type to sit down on the trails, the RSI is the best of both worlds. Either one is far better than the ape hanger Pro Tapers.
Everyone I've seen who raises the bars on these, is still riding it like it's a wedge chassis thinking you need to pull the sled over by the bars rather than letting the chassis do the work. Learn the right way, your body will thank you.

6'1". tried the NXT LVL bars. Yeah right. you guys can keep your lower bars. 1.5" riser with stock pro tapers. I do have air frames which I belive are are an inch taller then stock boards tho. So maybe just need a 1" riser with stock boards

I cut my Pro Tapers down by 5/8" on each side, run it inline with a 1" riser due to my lack of flexibility (neck and back injuries). It works perfectly for me. I also removed the hooks and run ODI grips. Finally, I put spray foam insulation in the bar at each end to help the heaters to work better. Aluminum bars and ODI grips reduce the heat output considerably so the foam insulation helps out. I am 6'1".
