Pro Taper Risers

I'm 185cm/6'1 and feel like I'm stooped over the bars to much. Will try an old powermadd riser I have, hope the bolt pattern is the same??

Only worry is we drive some goat-trails to get to the pow and some wind blown places makes you either hang the he## out on the side or try to sidehill hardpack...

your right in some ways. i put the pro tapers an a 3 inch riser on my sled. im 5"10, sleds a gen 2 tho lol. The sledding industry is finding out that their machines are handling more like dirtbikes, quick responsive an very control able. Ape hangers are still in. Your body absorbs more of the impacts when its pre bent. with a riser your stiff, hanging onto the bars, little control in riding like that.

Coming off a cat I cant get comfortable at all when standing on my pro. When standing I feel like I am always on the verge of falling off. I tried both a 1 and 2 inch riser but still feel like a fish out of water. I am 6'3" before I put on my boots though.

don your 5 inches taller than me, maybe a couple of more inches would help. i know when i stand on my sled i like my elbows to just barely bend. at 6'3 and only a 2 inch i would think you'd be bent over quite a bit. i know i HATE if i am bent over at all. had enough of that crap back in the 90's... also ron was having problems not likeing his, he was standing in the footwells, after he started standing a few inches back he likes it a lot more!!!

the adjustable rsi risers are not knurled where they mount and move easily when extra force is applied to them. also the ones that go straight up, i think they are a 15 degree angle, you have to drill your post holes to 5/16 and the one my buddie got the holes were off and you had to wollow the post holes to make it fit. they were also rsi...
