Here is the one thing I know about oil in snowmobiles.

Holy profit margin Batman!!!


Rotella T6 synthetic is $20 a gallon. Very well know and respected oil in Diesel engines.

I paid $47 a gallon last year for Polaris VES Gold.

You will have a hard time to convince me there is there is a gnats a$s of difference in cost to manufacture these, and certinally not $20 difference.

I run VES II and its like $32 a gallon, like $5 less than interceptor.

But mystik is like $18 or so for the same gallon, and it's full synthetic also. It also seems to rank decently well. Geez, the cost makes the mystic awfully tempting......
