PRO-Gauge Defroster Bag accessory

Any thoughts on this part, see alot of different aftermarket gauge relocations-I picked up the Polaris Gauge Defrost bag mount-curious if anyone has any info good or bad on this product.

if you run a tall windshield i don't see an issue with it. BUT if you roll your sled to get it unstuck and run no windshield like most people i know (either took it off prior to riding or smashed it riding) It might give the tall windshield some strength in a roll over too.

That big ol thing looks like it will bend if you roll your sled. But thats just me.

Did you check it out with the windshield off at all? If I can roll my sled I will do it all day to get unstuck, thats my only concern with the bag. the supports seem like they will bend easy and then bye bye to spare set of goggles. thinking about running without windshield, but kinda like the white even if it is kinda tall, and figured it would help support the bag.

Put mine on today and I really like it. Seems flexible also. You need at least a mid height windshield or it will look funny.

Looks pretty roomy, is the storage area all the way through , or just on each side ?

Zipper vent on left side and opening zipper on right side. Can fit a pair of gloves and goggles in there easily.

I've got the mid-height smoke windshield coming with my Pro...really looking forward to using one of the best accessories made by Poo in awhile.

does the speedo bracket go down behind the windshield and mount solid to the hood as well? or just by the handle bars there

You drill 2 holes(hidden by the w/s) to support the forward arms. 2 nylon tabs with holes that utilize the light bracket retaining screws then the 2 post hole cover screws hold the rear of the bracket. Seems pretty solid and well thought out. I liked the underhood bag function(warm gogs) last year and that coupled with the gauge relocation seemed a no-brainer for me.

What is the distance from the guage to the bend (downward)? Looking to see if I could mount a garmin on there.

Thanks.

More intake is only a little more important than readily avaliable defrosted goggles in the deep playground stuff.

love the idea, are their replacment parts (eg. bracket only)?

Other intake options with this? snorkle, powdervalves, etc...

Picked up my new LE yesterday with the super low shield. Buddy came with and got the defroster bag. Mock put it on mine and it looked pretty ridiculous. Definitely need to have the shield in front of the bag.

I looked at this accessory last spring and quickly decided it wasn't for me. I run a low windshield so it would have looked out of place and I also worry about the rollover issues. I don't run handguards for the same reason. They are a PIA when you roll the sled over.
