why would this be????
I love my M1100T although I think it needs a verticle steering post very badly. I changed the skies to SLP Powder Pros and added a D+D big barker muffler. Changing the muffler made a big difference in power. I gained somewhere between 300 and 400 RPM with just the muffler being changed and it hits the rev limiter lots now. I want to add a programmer but am wondering how much clutching is going to be needed with a programmer and a lot freer flowing exhaust.
I thought by now we would see a few guys making verticle steering post kits.
I was surprised by the diff in power with the exhaust also!!
Since people are speculating I shall as well. . .
Suzuki will not be building engines for cat after next winter. . . Out goes the 1100t? Possibly? Possibly they will got to a supercharger? Hard to say. Maybe some type of hybrid? We shall call it a 3 stroke?
Suzuki has been very helpfull in helping with the transition. The way the winter is going, next year sales will be down, there should be plenty motors for the '13 models and maybe some for '14.
The new two stroke will be very simular to the Suzuki And built at the St. Cloud plant.
