I took my lever off to check it out and when i installed it again the brake is hit and miss I must have torn a cup on the plunger, i even tried to bleed it and no luck. Polaris doesn't sell a rebuild kit has any one had one apart can you get the seals from anther vender such as Napa ?

did piston pop out, usually they will self bleed after 20 minutes of use . I don't think you will find a rebuild kit for it, you could take it apart as a last resort and try and match up an o ring for it

It deffenantly came out a lot farther than I expected (like there was no snap ring to limit the travel) so i put it back together. There is deffinately not clearence between the lever and the piston when the brake is not applied. I will take it apart and see if I can match up the cups, worst case i found a used one.

Took it apart i need a 1/4 x 1/2 cup seal there is no snap ring to keep the piston from falling out nice.

I'm glad you told me that . it's crazy that there is no stop for the piston.

$285 canadian dollars and i have brakes again Thanks Polaris I can barely sit down this after noon all because the dont sell a repair kit with a 5 dollar seal.
