I don't know what is going on but a buddy of mine bought a printer and we couldn't get it to do a test page. it would do a fax incoming and outgoing just fine but we were not able to get it to print. tried stopping and restarting the printer spool but it didn't help. I then realized my mother in law has a printer that if you press print, it won't print right away, it will basically print when it wants. She would go to bed and wake up to find it had finally printed. It doesn't seem like older printers would do this but the new ones do. Does it have something to do with them being connected with a usb cable? She is running windows 7 and my buddy is running Vista. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
