If you spent as much time as most of the mods do watching the treadmill it would very quickly give you a different perspective of the headcount that is actually posting. The numbers are very accurate, and for what it is worth you are comparing apples to apples because the competing forums use the same format.

That number would be a fair comparison?

If one site has 10000 members and 50 members are actually active posters

and another site has 500 memebers with 400 actually active posters

you could then get a fair comparison of whats going on at different sites.



Like all of this really matters anyway....cause it only takes 5-10 good peeps actively posting to waste my time on the net


Just would be interesting to know what the stats are...at least for me.

Hmmmmm.... well if that is the case then explain how you can start a thread and within a day have a page of replies from different members. Or more.

I realize that everything is being heavily scrutinized, so maybe instead of wasting more of your time why don't we just wait till the snow flies and reassess then.
