Well, I'm bored so I thought..."here's a topic that may stir the pot!"

From mid-summer I've been telling my friends & family to listen to this Huckabee fella.
Now it looks like he may actually pull it off.
He will get my vote.
What he has accomplished on the limited amount of funding he has had is
absolutely impressive!
The debates are his strongest point, the man can't be rattled.

On the left side, I thoroughly enjoy listening to Obama speak.
I've never heard a better orater.
I don't think he will be elected in 2008, but I firmly believe he will one day
be our president.
He would be wise to ask Richardson to join him as his VP candidate.
Richardson would bring a strong foreign policy experience to the table.

I try to catch as many debates as possible and watch Morning Joe on MSNBC
fro about an hour each morning. They seem balanced as Joe obviously leans
to the right while Mika (whose father worked for Carter) is obviously
inclined to the Democrats side.

Well, I think Obama is the best Dem candidate.

We've had 20 years of Bush & Clinton, time for change. Besides, she is so
unlikeable that I just cannot see her having a shot in the general.

I just don't believe in Edwards.

I don't think your opinion will attract a whole lot of followers when it is based on the fact that he was raised Muslim but changed to Christianity.

Huckabee is ok but dodges to many questions IMO.


All the Dem's I hate this year, They all want to raise Taxes, And increase intidelments so people NEED them to survive, Thats what the DEM's want, complete control, If they have all your money you will need them instead of taking care of yourself.

He was "raised" Muslim. His father was Muslim, and his father was not a large part of his life. To my knowledge he was never actually Muslim, only his father was. His mother was Christian.

Interesting tidbit on Mr. Obama...

Barack Hussin Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegience nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the U.S. from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level? Through the President of the United States, one of their own!!!

Obama went to a muslum school for two years. We realy need someone who is not so friendly twards the muslums right now. Hillery is an evil psycho and will not get the nomination. Huckaby (sp) has no grasp of the world we live in now. I like Thompson but he just does not seem to want to fight for it. My vote is for McCain at this point.

Demoncrates in general ( on wellfare or fighting for it )

Repulicans (At least there not the dems)

other parties ( treehugers ,homos,and basically any one rejected by real americans)

And I have to say all this talk of religious backround really pisses me off
any body ever hear of the division of church and state? the churchs are possibly the only organizations more corrupt than our goverment! who gives a fugg!personally I would vote for a canidate that had the balls to stand up and admit to have no religous faith at all . that way his judgement would not be clouded by the lies and B.S. the churchs try to hand out.

do you think my "OPINION" may be a little contreversial . I would hope so but I am sure the sheep won't like it . I will likley get some hate mail over that one. But something has to change or the downward sprial of our country and the world in general will contiue to excelerate.I am just one of the guys with the balls to say it.

I have made it a rule to stay out of these political threads. But this one is good.

I have to agree with the seperation of "church and state" statement. I am a christian but do not believe that any one religion should be running a government. Look at what the middle east has with their Islamic governments. Religion is strife with corruption as bad or worse than government.

Obama thinks the US should feed and clothe the world. He refuses to wear or solute the flag. He refuses to say the pledge of allegence. He is about as anti-US as it gets. I am absutely amazed there are so many morons that would vote for him.

Hiliary, don't get me started.

McCain!!! The man wants to ignore US law and reward 20 millions criminals. He feels if you ignore a law long enough you can just say it's all good and be done with it. Makes the crime rates go down.

I don't care which party the person belongs to, I don't care who wins, I don't care what their religion is. There is only one thing that I will be voting on this time. It will determine the future of this country and the direction of our future.

Immigration.

If the person wants to grant amnesty is any form, I will do everything I possibly can to see them defeated. We are loosing our identity, our morals and our laws. It is time people started re-learning things like maners, respect for the law and other people. The only people I see that could possibly fill those shoes are Thompson, Huckabee or Romney.

I agree I usally hate politics and this year is the worst.I probably won't vote at all. I just won't participate when I would simply have to choose the lesser of two evils.and i am glad to see you call yourself a christian rather than mentioning one of the churchs because faith whether I agree with it or not has nothing to do with the churches.
