I'm willing to bet that the business sector isn't going to be too happy tomorrow. And the blood letting begins....

Wall street will take a wait and see approach.
The election is over, the grandstanding is done.
Obama is smart. I will give him that.
He knows that to mess with buisness too much right now would send the economy into a total tail spin. He needs to stabalize things before he goes medival on buisnesses.

Be that as it may, 500 hundred down today. Well, we are still the greatest nation on earth. The economy will stabalize. (1 or 2 years) hopefully sooner. I own a small business in the construction industry. Scared to say the least. But will pull through. My girlfriends company announced today, that Friday they are shutting the doors. Full benifits....

I am proud to be part of this nation and will continue to be. Pull up your skirt and get through this. Be pissed or figure it out.

Our public land may be in danger! Get involved! mtndoo stated that we need to fight the enemy and not join them. I agree. In Colorado we have a number of "Quiet Coalition" loonies. You know, the, "use the quads that god gave you" group.

I bet it will be down. The commodities aftermarket was down. That is usually a good sign. Commodities market was down across the board today.

I really feel sorry for all the people coming up on retirement this year or retired people basing their retirement on a Mutual fund retirement account. They have worked hard for 20+ years and now can not retire or are going to have to come out of retirement just to live. It is a sad YEAR...
