Fellas,
Thanks so much for the replies and support. I'll get it figured out with another dealer here in the state somewhere... I'm leaning towards Eagle (Boyz Toyz) or just headed out to Buena Vista. Both are basically the same drive as PW and can't cause half the problems.
As I said I look forward to doing business here in CO and understand about trying to keep things local, but hell I don't need to be hastled to do so. I worked for Cummins in the past and understand about companies not making much money off warranty work, that wasn't our cash cow either. But we felt a responsibility to put the name and face of the company first and support the customers any way we could. I mean we've pulled parts off engines sitting in the shop to get someone out and road that needed that unit at the specific time
. Just part of putting the customer first I guess!! Anyways hope the snow keeps coming down and hope you guys have a great spring!!
