hey guys, just wondering what to put on a supercharged nytro, the 153 powere claw or the 153 x 15 x 2.25 extreme? will be riding all sorts of conditions, from deep powder to the occasional hard pack. what are the ups and downs of both. thanks.

just figured that maybe guys have a few more miles on now since the claw hasn't been out for too long and could get a more educated answer and maybe a better heads up comparison.
Drinkwyo's sled kicked my sleds ***. I run the extreme and he runs the Power Claw. I would go with that one.

Challanger! i tell you, now if your doing deep pow your going to have a very hard time going down hill, then going up hill. believe me it doesint work very well in the deep! i have one and i'm getting rid of it very bad track need's some update's...
Go get a Polaris Series 5.1 155", 2.4 paddle. Works awesome. Better flotation in the fluff than the CE, cheaper than the power claw if you get a pull off from an '09.

Ok my .02, After two days of riding with a p-claw at revy I'd say it does everything better than the STOCK challenger, except downhills, it's not terrible but does have less grip. If 2004skidoo is selling, I'd buy!

Are we debating the arctic cat 2.25 challenger or the camo 2.5 challenger? I'd like to know if anyone's compared a 2.5" camo challenger vs the powerclaw

Everywhere? Even in the deep, fluffy powder? I have heard that the 2.5 extreme trenches a little more then the 2.25... Though for the Wet Washington concrete, the 2.5 sounds like the track to have...
that 2.5 leaves a deeper hole everywhere you go when compared to the 2.25 AC track....but holy crap does it move a lot of snow!!

okay so we're still having different opinions here. i guess if i go to the 2.5, it'll be a 156 so i'll have to get big wheels because i assume there will be too muck slack in the track. they make a challenger 153 x 2.25, so i guess the easiest way would be to get that or the claw. so i guess i'm trying to get comparisons on those two.
i'm just sayin man they suck when your trying to go downhill safe yourself the pain and go buy a camo extreme best track ever made.

are you referring to a powerClaw sucks going downhill? were you on one last year? did you ride one this year?
