I will keep updating this thing with specs as I think about this option.
Here is a rough outline of what I have and might be interested in.

Custom side mount turbo kit running 10# on pump
genuine MHI 16g turbo
ice age rails
162 attack 20
liquid filled boost gauge(the nice one)
AEM air fuel gauge with brand new sensor.
steering post is moved forward to get around motor
2" riser on stock DOO mountain bars
high pressure inline fuel pump
mallory rising rate regulator
3" downpipe the dumps into the tunnel before your right foot behind the chaincase
23/47 hyvo gear and chain setup
DOO jackshaft with custom chromoly end built to run the yami secondary
runs stock rx1 belts ( havent blown one in the first 300+ miles yet)
Leipheimer Yamaha clutching that works great
All yamaha controlls along with the tach are on the handlebars. brake lights work, headlights are gone thought, grip heaters, even the speedo sensor was adapted and works(nice for tuning)
I know theres more but I have to think about what i have done to the sled. I am not trying to dump the sled cuz it sucks, if you want to come check it out feel free... works pretty darn good. It is however a mod sled with little things that like to go wrong. I am in college and dont have the nice heated shop space I do at my parents house so I dont have the space, time or motivation to get it dailed in. There are a few small details that need to be ironed out that should get it to a very awsome all around sled, I just dont have what it takes to finish it. This sled handles very well for having such a large motor in it along with the turbo and everything else. It isnt light, but its not to heavy as well, and if you learn how to work the power it will rarely get stuck. I only weight 150# so it is a little much sled for me in the terrain I like to ride(woods so thick you cant see 50'). I have ridden it in the much more open terrain of Cooke and had a blast there, it was some of the most fun I have ever had, BUT, I dont get to ride open like that very often, nor is it what I want to do all the time. The first day i took it into some deep snow i kept flipping it over or and crashing around cuz its a LOT of sled for me to hold onto... Its very easily a 225 horse sled and for a small fellow like me to throw around, I just cant do it consistantly. It will take me up things I dont need to go up and pulls some fun lines with the power. For a rider who is 200+ ths thing would be perfect... its very well balanced and handles great, just a little much for me.
I am not dead set on dumping the sled right now, I still am going to continue to ride it and work on details, I just am considering trading it for a lighter 800 with reasonable power as I am going to be building a Full tube chassis 800, super light, super responsive.
I have at least $9000 in parts alone, every single aspect of the sled besides the jackshaft and a small amount of welding was done by me, so there is no labor im trying to offset. Thats all raw materials cost. I have honestly well over 1000 hours into building, revamping, and dialing the sled in, and I cant put a price on my time. Having ridden it a bit this season I have worked out a LOT of the bugs on it, I have never been stranded by it, just had to limp it out one time because of a coolant line leak.
I would say if you wanted to buy it straight up right now I would take $6500 or a reasonable offer as I would like to get into another sled while the winter is still ripe.
Also looking at most ideally, trades for a 2006+ summit with a 151 or longer plus some cash depending on the sled. If you have a 800 and want some more power, this sled will give you that and more.
