i have a 04 800 h.o motor im going to put in my 07 440 chassis with a 136. im wondering if it would be worth it to port the cylinders? this sled will primarliy be used in the back country. how much worse is fuel mileage after porting.
who should i have port my cylinders?
heres what else i have for the motor
rk tek 2 ring pistons
bmp billet head
bmp single pipe

porting from RKT will get ya some nice ponies, and a bit more get up and go, it gets ya a good bit more low end grunt, which makes it really fun to ride in the tight trees, cuz theres always plenty of power.

depends who does it, and running a head helps. kinda like intakes and exhausts on v-8

ya can run it wide open straight shot and make big top end, or keep the things a little tighter and make sick low end at the price of high end.
