ok. here is the deal. i picked up a polaris primary and i am going to have the taper machined to fit my pto end on my doo REV. i was just wondering if i can use my doo belts and has anyone had probs with the clutch hitting your side pannel.

I don't have any experience with anything like this but I dont see why it would be a prob. The center to center will stay the same so your belts should work fine but i'm not sure on the shift out...if it will hit or not

clutch

be advised this clutch will make your sled run a whole lot better with the p-85 but you have to add weight to the clutch. it needs more rotating mass this has been done plenty of times and nine out of ten sleds will break the pto end right off its a real issue so i advise you to get the rotating mass close to your tra or its not a matter of if its when your clutch comes out the side of your sled

We used to run the P85 on our Summits. I think we used 56-58g of weight, almond spring and the stock BRP belt. I never had any problems but I know people who snapped the crankshaft off.
