got about 350 miles on my 2012. came off a moded 07 m1000 last year but road the wifes 08 d800 more than the broke cat:face-icon-small-dis.i really like the pro but im not ready to call it the best sled ever....... yet:face-icon-small-ton. the stock arms are really weak, i blame myself for riding early season and breaking a ton of front suspension parts but some things got folded up without much effort:face-icon-small-blu. the power is good if not great for a stock sled. i think i just need a few good snow days to fall in love with this sled..... looking forward to it:face-icon-small-hap

They handle very well and I've never had any sled run that well in snow over the hood my riding partners say itS taken my riding to another level. You gotta love that

i wouldn't trade mine for any other production sled. most perfect fit for me and my riding style straight out of the box made yet. only real mod i've done to mine is the boards and probably wouldn't have done that if i hadn't had a major motorcylce wreck this summer and screwed up my knees pretty badly. this sled is so sweet, can't wait to see what they have to build to top it!!! not saying it is the best possible sled anyone will ever build but i've learned that for me throwing tons of money into a sled to make it what you want is money you'll never see in return. i'm looking for a sled that i can run just like it came, the less i have to put into it the better...

Have around 800 miles on mine...by far and away the best stock production sled ever built for ease to ride and sidehill...if you cant ride a stock pro well after a couple hundred miles try another sport...lol...got my wife a pro 600, she came off of a D700..it was amazing to see the difference in her confidence after riding the pro for a few hours. And her 700 was pretty modded (holz, ect) First thing she said was how nice the sled turned and carved...she actually tried a few small jumps as well with it and it was all smiles.
Yeah there are always some issues but all in all the other manufactures have a lot of catching up to do chassis wise.
It just does all things well, and in any sled the easiest thing to fix is power adders, so the 148 or whatever is really a non issue, chassis fixes on the other hand are mostly bandaids and pretty $$$$ the Pro you just ride and have fun with.

Im very pleased! After about 80 miles of break in I turned the resistor to the non ethonol side and that made the sled complete :face-icon-small-hap I was actually impressed on how crisp and snappy everything felt. She just kept pulling hard at 8200 rpms all day. I was also impressed with how slow you could ride in a foot of fresh without trenching. And for what its worth... Raced a 2010 m8 on about an 800ft drag, 45 degree slope, 1 foot fresh, and came out about 2 sled lengths ahead. Sorry cat guys dont bash me because I dont have any footage I forgot the camera at home. All in all best sled out of box!

You got stuck in the hard pack wind blown lost lake.

Up top, yes it was. But down in the hell holes deep in the trees where AKSNOWRIDER tends to get burried at, we all get stuck trying to get him back out.
Now I love my pro, but I will say I liked it better last year when mine was easier to find in a parking lot when there werent so damn many of them out there. What's with all these long time cat and doo guys on Pro's this year?

i just got back from reve,we did a 4 day riding trip with tons of fresh snow and 2 out of 4 days were blue bird days managed to logon 300km on my 11 rmk and hands down best sled i have ever rode ever, also had a chance to compare it to my buddies 12 cat 153 sno pro,he let me try it for a good 20 min in the same spot as my rmk and that sled rips too but it does not get on top of the snow like the rmk, climbing was almost dead on with both, carving and handling both were awesome, but when both stuck the rmk is alot easier to pull out, just shake and small pull and u r off with th e cat she wants to trench takes longer to get up on the snow, and imo the rmk didnot feel like it was less hp cause it is gettn it to the snow, this is just my 2 cents but as i am a cat guy at heart the rmk is still better imo :tea:

Absolutely loved it when I demoed it last season side by side against the XP, but not enough snow here in Utah for a vote yet.:brokenheart:

The chassis is sick but i'm not very impressed with the power compared to my M8 but a Boondocker turbo should take care of that. the stock suspension is not much better than my previous M sleds i'm geared towards the Burandt Edition front and rear shock set up from Fox. But it is definitely the best sled out of the box.

since you have been owned a 155 and 163.....how do you compare the two? I own a 163 but am curious how the 155 compares.
For me the 155" is easier to handle. I am an average mountain rider at best. I think the more experienced riders depending on there size would like the 163" more.
