I was thinking the same thing, it is worded really strange. Keep in mind that the poll is being hosted by a group that endorses Hidden Gems.

Also, thanks to the Vail Daily for running a lead story about search and rescue. The National Guard helicopter in the picture is not able to train in wilderness areas, the seach and rescue teams can not train with snowmobiles nor ATVs in wilderness areas.
