Polaris dealer

Sucks motoadventure called it quits with Polaris. Bought 2 sleds, a trailer, and $10K worth of parts through them over the years. Now I got to go find another dealer that I have to kiss azz to for another couple years to even get 15% off on parts... great... Might start heading up to Cheyenne or Laramie.

That's what I am looking at.
I have had some minor dealings with the dealer in Cheyenne, but I don't really know much about em.

I have tried to deal with the polaris dealer in Greeley, I think my front door knob knows more about sleds.

I talked to the guys at Moto on tuesday and they said they weren't going to carry polaris anymore because of the quota's they had to fill. Polaris demanded they buy more sleds than they could move, so, no more polaris.

We have been using Alan at Spirit Lake for 3 years now. We drive up there because of the service we have received from him. He will also ship parts to you. Alan has given us great setups. In fact, we have an 05 RMK 800 that kicks the butts of Felkers setups on the new doos!

Spirit Lake flat out rocks! Two days before our CO trip Polaris released a new flash for the '09 800's. I called my local dealer for the new flash, and they were booked out two weeks. So me and my buddy called up SL and they told us when we get into GL give them a buzz and they will flash our sleds as we wait. So we called, dropped the sleds off and a case of beer. Twenty minutes later the sleds were done. I was impressed! So as the week progresses, my buddy and I decide to venture out with some other friends that were over in Kremmling. We meet up with them and ride RE for the day. Middle of the day, my Dragon decides it did not like the voltage regulator and died (had to be towed out by a TM8.... embarrassing :). So I called SL and they told me to bring the sled in ASAP and they would take a look at it. In true SL fashion, they replaced the voltage regulator within 30 minutes and I was back on the snow.

Needless to say, I am a big fan of Spirit Lake! All dealers should model their dedication and customer service after Spirit Lake.

You could check out Polaris & Suzuki of Cheyenne, just up the highway near the border by the Bison ranch. That's not to long a haul for you. Also a dealer in Laramie i thought? No experience with Pol of Cheyenne, but they did support our forum ride :)

Parts & a Poo dealer

Hey guys dont forget we still have Woodland Park for Pikes Peak Polaris to get parts & products from. They are also having an open house on Sat. 5-16 -09. I have bought from them since day one.No real problems, we must remember they need to make a profit to keep the doors open.

Jeff was great at bringing parts to my old workplace years ago. I'd order them and he'd drop them off for me. Too bad he's an hour away from me now and I have no reason to go to Woodland Park. I did buy an 02 from him, my 08 I got from Extreme.
