I am new member so cut some slack for me, sense i cant spiel but i can help with welding, building ,fixing,every thing except stupidity and yes i have speel check but takes me to long.[ Do you want help or sppeeling?.] I weld all normal metals ,with gas,mig,tig,and stick and JB weld when need be, so when i have time i would like to help out.I do need info on how much i can mill my 800 head to run 5000 to8000 feet and what if any jet change is needed
 
We've all seen worse spellers, so no worries about that, just as long as we can decifer it we'll answer your questions.

From what I've read about these motors, the factory cylinder head is already pretty high compression. Running twins on my 800 and the stock head, even at 10,000', I had deto. I say had deto because that motor no longer runs, deto took out the PTO rod bearing 3 weeks ago (my dumbass mistake).

As far as jetting changes when modding, you need to know what jetting is in it, if that jetting is correct (use piston wash for overall analysis of the fueling, plug chops for specific RPM/load fueling analysis). I know SLP advertises their cheater head to create slightly more power but with a lower octane requirement due to a better dome design.
