Polaris 07 700 Dragon 155 (not enough hp)

Does anyone know if the 800 jugs will fit the 700 sled? If so what all would have to be done besides just changing the pistons and jugs. May have to consider turbo, but thats alot of $$$$

Go with the boost, it will be spendy making jugs out of a mono block too......EW

i think the 700 is a big bore 600 and a 800 is the 700 stroked to get the extra ccs so you would have to do a stroker kit

I would avoid all the big bore work unless you are a motor ninja. You won't get the peak HP that you would from a turbo. Check with Silber turbos, they have a good reputation and are some of the most affordable out there (good deals this time of year).

The 800 is a monoblock and is not compatible with the 700.

Last time I was in WY I talked with some guys who used a mitsubishi turbo on thier 600 & 700 DRAGONS. Does anyone know what this is about. What is the mitsubishi part #??

I'm in the same boat that you are in, my d7 just doesn't got enough ummpff anymore.


PS. Boondocker's got an awesome turbo set up as well.
