Pierre's Polaris

I would like to say a big thank you to John at Pierre's Polaris. Last Wednesday I was riding Stampede and about 10 miles in my sled decided to die when i hit the brake. Found that my clutch wouldn't disengage killing the motor. Dropped it off at Pierre's Wednesday at 5pm and got a call Thursday at 4pm saying my clutch ended up breaking in half but they got it fixed and it was ready to get picked up. Hows that for fast turn around?? The sled is a 2012 pro assault and i have about 500 miles on it. I would recommend Pierre's to anyone for service, warranty, or to buy a new sled!

I bought a sled there a couple years ago and they took great care of me the one time i needed some parts on the 20-something of December right before leaving for a two week Christmas trip. My next sled will also be from Pierres.

Nothing but Good things to say about John and his team at Pierre's!
They go above and beyond every time.
As long as I ride Poo thats where i"ll get my sleds/service!

Pierres

They have taken great care of me and some friends as well. My next machine will be from them.
Note, I live near Enumclaw...
The drive up and back from here is brutal but worth it.

They also set the sled up, NW clutching, gearing, lube certain bolts for easy removal down the road, etc.. on every new sled purchase!

I can't say enough good things about John, Everett, and Mike Barr!

Mike fixed my 08 Dragon when another dealer was stumped, their clutching and attention to detail are second to none, and they know how to treat their customers.

That's why I just bought a 2011 RMK from them and plan to make my future sled purchases with them.

Thanks Pierre's Polaris

mike and everett helped me out with a clutch problem on my wifes sled last year, dropped it off on tuesday and had it back on friday during the peak of the season, great people, first class dealer

I recently made a Visit to Pierre's. One thing that struck me was that everyone one there knew what they where talking about and where totally involved in the interworkings of the shop. No youngsters with limited knowledge working the parts counter.. I found that to be very refreshing.
a throw back to the way most shops used to operate..:clap2:

and what happened to the daycare they used to have???? grand baby dee???

Crap...they are getting soft.

Cool that if your parts are late Mike will let you take his car down to Kid Valley to get some lunch while you are waiting... brodies in the boat launch parking lot are fun after your burger!!!

thanks Mike!!

xoxo

I've bought 2 sleds from them and have had nothing but great service. I will continue to buy from them. Enumclaw has a-lot to learn from Pierres, they lost my business and many others due to their lack of knowledge and customer service. Pierres is the standard to meet.
