Well, you are in luck...ALL of the FNI vents are available in Black, or natural aluminum .... With OR WITHOUT the logo...

I talked with Paul Yesterday on the phone... he said give him a call and He'll send them any way you want.... It actually costs him more to do the FNI logo.

I pestered Paul enough to get some pix of his Black vents.

I know it would, I use to send stuff to get laser cut all the time, and like everything else time is money. Mass production stuff had small cuts into the bolt holes from the exterior so there was only one pass to cut the whole plate where one off custom stuff didnt matter but it needed the time to cut each hole then cut the out side with starts and stops the cost goes up.

Not to knock all vent company's but other than making of the templates, the cutting, painting and gluing of the material takes time but you can make these your self by getting taking a template to a laser or water jet place your self, even snow eliminators. Hell if you know some one with auto cad and some drafting skills all the better! I haven't priced out anything my self but im sure i can make no snow running boards for half or less than some of the manufactures out there.
