So Al built one? Its not the one Alford is riding is it? Guess i should stop by there and see what new..

This is what I have heard, sort of like the kit car chassis concept for snow, you tell him what skid, chain case, engine etc. and voila you get a light weight tube chassis all set to bolt your donor parts into.
Have a 380 lb longtrack mod TNT and its a blast, but a 300 lb fan or 350 lb liquid would be oh so much more fun!!!
Considering what he did with that little aluminum boat he put the snow engine and drive train in this should be good!!!

When I spoke with him about it last year, he had said he was considering the 1000 SDI for a motor. Is that what he ended up with?
Hmmmm, haven't stopped there all year been to busy trying to ride or work. Guess next time i'll have to stop in and check it out. I would think the 670 would be a wicked engine in it cause it is super light for the HP it puts out.
actually the donor sled was a 98 670 summit. used a stock 01 /800 doo motor
has 04 jugs and head on it and a 04 rev pipe.
670 motor sat to long and needed a crank so used a 800 we had sitting around.
most fun sled i have rode yet.
starting to build one out of my 04/800 poo near the end of the month.
had the 860 jugs lined up for it but havent got around to doing it yet.
every time i go for a ride i ask myself if it needs to get any crazier ,
my computer at home is dead so no pics but i know many have taken pics of it.
a lot of the weird stuff about it is a test on some part as to weather it will work for our situation.
geometery is the same as a 08 xp in the important chassi points .
when you jump off it ffrom a xp you find remarkable simulairities in handlying but a major notice in how light the front end is .
has heated grips and a head lite , all the ammenities hahahahahaha
