Coll sled. Just one question. You seem to have upgraded and removed alot of weight from the back, but the front end IMO is the week point of these sleds...Why did you keep the stock front end if you did all the other mods? Not bashing just an honest question..

Sled looks sick btw...what turbokit is it? Synergy, Impulse???

I like the stock front end if and when I do change it I will widen the front . you dont loose that much anyways if you do the bark buster f end - 9 lbs I belive I allready droped close to 50# But loosing weight was not a requirement for me. Boon docker turbo kit this sled rips real hard. Thanks for a honest question anytime.

Front end lightweighting is not that simple....without SERIOUS cash...

l/w battery save 10 lbs.
Barkbuster front end Save 9 lbs.

and from here it gets REALLY spendy...

Front clip saves 6 lbs. and is $1800
Titanium parts galore in engine and bolts etc. Save 10-12 lbs. BIG cash!!!!

or just boost it and dont worry, as your Power to weight is unreal...

biggest bang for the buck in weight savings is the skid either ex ryde timbersled, or m-10 (dont know savings on M-10)

Nytro turbo with easyryde

Have you run it up against other turbo sleds?
Real sledder rating out in the mountains?
How is that easyryde for keeping frontend down?
I have rode one for very short spin and wasn't that impressed.

I do run with smail,s t apex. but we just goof off official results are not in yet....

ez ride works great yes I do get ski lift (not out of controll) but I am a bigger guy all the guy,s around 200# have no prob with ski lift on this set up . I might have to put a limiter strap on or a bigger rear spring. not 100% dialed inn yet on the skid.

What where you not impressed by ? The ez ride or the turbo?
come out west and you can ride it all day to see what you think

Easyryde

Not impressed with easy ryde!!
Never rode Boondocker turbo nytro but the guys at West Yellow stone rode my Nytro turbo and were humming alot with each other after 14 psi boost on ZX2 165 X 16 / PowderLites turbo.
I think there were humbled by the power and smooth handling on the hills.

Toyz,

My EZ has been revalved 50% stiffer in the front. (Bottomed constantly) I'm running a 160 spring in the front. I have a 185 coming(trying to get as much rebound push to get the rails to slide back in the slots) Revalved 30-50% stiffer on the rear shock with a 185 Main spring(bottoming on hard hits) I am also running two limiter straps in a certain spot to force the rails back in the slot under a full front and rear collapse of the skid.(verdict is out on this for me) This has been an all season R&D for me. IF you ride it hard you will see the issues that I have been sorting out.

Again I have nothing but respect for the guys at EZ Ryde......They have un matched customer service and have spent much $$$ in parts and shipping trying to get me dialed in.

I am working on some new ideas with Steve at EZ-Ryde and hope to have some info to pass along next week

I am asking the skid to do something that it was really not intended for....(big power)

I am 215 lbs but I ride it like a dirt bike!!!

I will see you at Baker on Saturday...........I heard you might be building a "wifes" sled......?????

WOW, it is a shame that those boys are in Chassel, not much power nor powder in those neck of the woods it seems.
