After looking at them for a couple years I finally pulled the trigger on a holdover pro today.
Here's some stats:
15 pro rmk 163 w/3 year warranty. $9600 (9100w/1)
Cover, handlebar bag, under seat bag, rear tow bumper, xtra belt totaled out to 10250 otd.

Financed through Sheffield 0% for 60 mo.

Didn't have a sled all last year, coming off a 2008 154 summit. I've been real close a few times to buying slightly used 13-15 pros, something always got in the way or I didn't quite like em. I'm pretty much pumped, never ridden one or even with a pro. Only ride with 1 or 2 guys or stupidly solo close to home.

Anyways figured I'd post something cause I've been on here lurking so much reading everything. I'm taking it out tomorrow I'll post a couple pics.

Well done.
Cantwell is good. :)

Sled ran well. Some thoughts...starts easier than my old 800r, I like how reverse doesn't beep loudly and seems to switch quicker. I love the old school fuel gauge my xp was very inconsistent at best. Watching temp reading was a little nerve racking at first, it'll hit 170-180 easily on hard trail, never saw temp light though.

I was able to find some 3'+ snow but there was a real tough crust 4-6" down and it was inconsistent so I had hard time getting a feel for how it's gonna carve/side hill. Power seems similar to what I was used to, clutch however feels way better than my stock 08 xp clutch.

Does the secondary normally have 1/16" slack behind the washer. I would hear a banging noise sometimes on engagement.

One of the service guys was going over my sled when I was picking it up and one of those dumb 1/4" turn side panel clips broke. Kinda funny but didn't give me a lot of confidence in the design. I asked him if their was any kind of bolt upgrade on belt drive. I knew their was an issue but figured that was a 13 or 14 fix. He said yeah that's an old fix and mine is good to go. He goes inside to get a new panel clip and comes back out with a new lower quick drive bolt? Said his boss asked him if anybody put the updated bolt on. Lol.

Here's a pic of ugly tow bumper

The temp gauge is awesome to have. I'm always watching mine. If you don't already have ice scratchers, get them and put them on. they can make a 30-40 degree difference in a matter of minutes when going down a hard packed trail. its cheap piece of mind

Oh yea, welcome to the polaris side. Ive got a 15 pro 155 and know you'll love the sled

Enjoy the new sled. You would be wise to change the QD bolts to ARP, especially the lower. The secondary clutch does float a little on the shaft. The clunk you are hearing is probably the secondary moving between forward and reverse side of the helix under certain on/off throttle situations. I have never had a problem with the Dzus fasteners. Just don't be too ham fisted with them.

I also just picked up a 2015 Pro 800 163. The dealer told me they did the update on the pulley bolts (sticker also under hood). Should I still look at going with the aftermarket bolts?

whats the problem with the bolts on these?

For what it's worth I'm gonna roll with the bolt they just put on. I got the sense that the arp upgraded the previous bolts not necessarily the newest recall. I think it's like their third attempt at a bolt. If it screws up and damages stuff I like my warranty chances with their bolt on it.

The head of the bolt breaks off.
Then the pulley falls off (usually damaging the pulley & belt in the process).
Then you get to tow your sled out of the woods. Then you're left with a broken bolt in the driveshaft that needs to be extracted.
Then you get to spend up to $500 to repair the result of a broken bolt.

It happened to me twice before swapping to ARP bolts. '14 & '15 Pros.

I don't trust Poo belt drive , Just received a TKI. guess I will need to look into a better bolt. Also I suggest using bearing retainer when installing the gears, They glue it solid so they don't rock when on off flipper, , hit it with a heat gun to remove.

Do you know if the bolt on your 15 that failed was from the latest recall?

It was the bolt that came with the sled. Not sure when the last recall was.

Roger, I'm not sure when the recall was, only know that as I was picking up my 15 a few weeks ago they swapped the bolt for me in the parking lot minutes before they loaded it on my trailer.
