Rode Pville Saturday and Sunday. The snow was awsome but was a little windblown Sunday. Looks like I shoulda rode in to the hills :(

about where were those picks in pvill

We followed the road all the way back to the hills . It took some creative boondocking to get back there. There were some massive wind lips over the bridge , and parts of the road . Probably why the group that got there before us was turning around . :D ( Our day was just beginning)

We rode Petersville today after a late start. Most of the parking lots were full by the time we got there. We rode the swamps to the Forks Roadhouse then followed the road back to the hills (it was groomed part of the way). When we did make it back to the hills we were a little disappointed that the weather was moving in quickly. We rode the hills until we couldn’t see anymore (snow and flat light). There was only an inch of snow on my truck when we made it back at 6:30, but should be more in the hills tomorrow.

Rode just north of petersville, snow sucked bad. It was so hard you could hardley leave any tracks in it.

uhh....rode a little ways past the pville turn off....and what can i say? I could have taken my Jeep in some places... your better off staying ON the trail, as ALL the swamps/lakes are like concrete, and super wind blown... boondockin' through the trees at an idle... yup, that was crazy! needs a good two feet. Unless you got a trail sled.. yup.

Rode P-ville from Thursday through Saturday. Good snow in the mountains, and the trails were groomed pretty well, but like Hockey said the lowlands were hard as rock with a couple inches of powder at best in places. Stayed at Kenney Creek, awesome lodging, great people.
