I wouldn't say your crazy at all, I would say your teaching your kid that hard work pays off. Plus he's having a good time doing it. Not to many peeps are politically correct here

Sorry, I thought it and had to say it. Looks dangerous but with the proper training it's great to see him working so hard to help out. I would go with some tough steel toe boots and maybe even throw in some shin guards for extra protection.

Bad thing about steel toe boots is it bounces off the steel and cut your whole foot off. Thats great you have the kid working safely and he must enjoy it.

I was proud of him the way he instintively put the brake on when he was done with his cut. Thought it was great that after he started his cut he settled the saw down into the meat of the bar and cut like a pro. The kid makes me proud.
