Most people should realize that burning wood for heat / energy is a GOOD thing to do. It is environmentally sound and carbon neutral to boot. It is a renewable energy, and is great at providing people with jobs too....

Cars on the other hand... well, they are the same if the time scale of billions of years are used... instead of less then 100

Anywho... I am willing to pay extra now so that all govt buildings have a reduction in there monthly utility costs, reducing the yearly costs of operating the building, increasing the scale of the market for high efficiency building and giving blue collar workers jobs doing something other then building things for our cars to drive on.

I'm all for less government buildings to pollute the invironment.

gentlemen, probably one of the best reads on SW in a WHILE< ollie and ruffy, XC as well, great debate, good reading, and like mentioned, its very important what we can learn from reading these posts.... the govt only wants to make bandaids for the problems we have as the real problem is them and there $$ and power. but they can work around that.
