Pc v or pc 111

I own a D8 2009 rmk and wanted to order a power commander. I had read here that the PCV is out, but when I went to my dealer he only had the PC111 in his catalog.

What is the difference between both and should I go with the V or the 111 will be fine.

This is a last try to "save my couple".....if my sled doesn't run great with this I give up.......even though I really love this sled...I would like her to run ok for once.
