how come he couldn't get out?

Looks like he could have just backed right out...unless he parked to far over and was stuck on the shoulder?

Tudizzle, there's a truck & trailer behind the guy who's block in. The jacka** with the black truck has a 4 place trailer attached. This is at the end of the road above Cenntinial, just below green rock.

Yeah, I'm one of those dang "out-of-staters" (Colorado), but I ride the Snowies quite a bit and would never even THINK of double-parking. If you can't get to the mountain early enough to get a good spot, pay the freaking price and park 2 miles down. Simple as that!!! Pizzes me off something awful.

I wonder if what gets it started is two buddies that ride together, and one tells the other they can park next to them. Then everybody starts doing it. Either that or people are just inconsiderate idiots...

The guy that was blocked in was from Colorado and rides up there alot. The guy(s) that blocked him in parked their 4 place trailer right next to his truck. He had a 4 place enclosed. Another rig was correctly parked behind him so he did not have room to back up. We helped the guy as well as a great snow plow driver. The plow driver was extreamly helpfull and cut down the shoveling we had to do. The snow was about 18" deep in front of the guy that got blocked.

Hey Lee, how ya been?

Parking on that stretch of road SHOULD be so damn easy. It's not like it's a round or square lot where peeps are parking every which direction! Pull up to the rig ahead of/behind you so you just have enough room to unload. Simple. I don't even mind if people pull up too close to me so I don't have room to pull my ramp down & load at the end of the day. I just pull ahead a few feet, load up, then back my rig up again if I'm staying to have a beer or visit. I'd MUCH rather do that than have some dipsh!t leave 3/4 of a space between rigs. People just need to frickin' think!!

Doing good Brian. We need to ride again someday. Maybe this time we'll be able to see something.

Yah the parking is not rocket science. Use some common sense and leave room for the next rig.

I agree 100% here, why do people make it so dam hard??? Leaving 30' to 40' between rigs is ridiculous also, new season same old crap, no common sense

I would have shoveled every inch of snow that I moved directly into the path of the Dodge and made sure it was packed good and tight under the truck too. Probably would have kept shoveling even after I was out...... just to wish in a merry xmas:party:

We shoveled most of the snow onto their 4 place trailer, covering the entire thing with about 12" of snow. Then the bed of the truck was filled. I think they got the message.

Now that's funny:face-icon-small-coo While I probably wouldn't have had the guts to do it but I am glad someone did... maybe next time they park they will think about the other rigs.

Just think what a person could do with one of those Toro 5hp snow throwers...........

May have to throw mine in the truck this year.
