I have been doing it for a bit but not everyday like I should. I'm down 35lbs just doing that and not drinking soda.

Thank god for the Mute button sometimes. One positive is that there isn't many other ways to drop 20-30lbs give or take off of your setup for around 100 bucks. Just started phase 2 yesterday and it definitely doesn't get any easier. It felt like I did about a million pushups. The clappers at the end are especially challenging, I felt like I needed to put on a helmet to keep me from knocking my teeth out.
