I know there was a thread on this a while ago but thought I might reincarnate it again. Wondering if anyone is doing it now, completed it, etc. I am in my fourth week of it and it definitely works. Definitely not a gimmick, you sweat your azz off when you do the workouts.

I got it free from my brother in law who ended up geting two copys of it from when he orderd it from ebay. I have yet todo it, but from what i understand it is pretty legit.

Blinds closed

I know what you mean by closing the blinds. Most of them aren't too bad, but I can't bring myself to do the yoga workout with them open. Believe it or not the yoga one is probably one of the most difficult workouts to do. Especially if you aren't very flexible. I was skeptical before I did it, but I was so terrible at it I decided I would stick with it until I got better. Low and behold I have gotten better. I actually have to do it today, I better go close the blinds.

I'm right behind you. today is my "rest" day on week 3. This thing is really working. I'm down 5-8lbs depending on what the scale wants to say, and I'm definately improving on all the exercises.

I have to wipe the sweat off my head every five minutes to keep it out of my eyes! We keep the blinds closed....i dont need any of the neighbors seeing me jump around in my living room!

good job

It's nice to have a little mini support group that consists of people with some of the same interests. Wait till you get to week 4 and do the core synergistics workout. It is pretty awesome. Have you been doing the diet? I am eating all of the foods they suggest in the nutrition guide, but haven't stuck to the exact recipes. I feel like I want to get in good shape, but I don't need to show the world every muscle and vein in my body. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

I did it for 3 weeks then stopped... now just liftin weights.. the p90x workouts are crazy difficult, Nothing like a wake up call that says "your out of shape" Will definitly help you burn calories.

Curious what's on the diet menu, maybe someone can post?

just a guess but I'm going with low carbs, low to no refined type foods and protien, followed by more protein and then chased with a protein shake.

Hey X show them some pictures of yopur progress so far. I think you should quit very soon as it looks like you may have went to far, i don't think your susposed to have a six pack on your back.

To all that are doing it great but if you quit or this is not your life style it's worthless.

I heard this is a pretty solid workout plan, plyo workouts are intense! :D I do them every once in awhile!

Bingo hardass...i only worked out to aid in my life style of being active. Course working out and being healthy is a good life style, you just don't want it to be your life.

and I'll hold on the pics, if everyone saw how great my pooping workout was they'd try it...and I haven't gotten my patent on it to make money yet.

I finished the program and thought it was pretty good I was already in shape so I did not see much progress but just saw myself increase my pushups and pullups dramatically. If you are somewhat out of shape and just do the program you will see some results but over 60 percent of the program and how you really want to be able to lose "fat" and see results is in the diet.

I tried the diet part...but i've failed so far:( I just keep working out and sweating my arse off 6 days a week.

One of these days I'll get all the way through ab ripper without resting. those bicycles are crazy

ab ripper x.. the first time i did it thought i was gonna die. even just three weeks of the program core strength went way up, pretty good moves... but challenging.

The diet part was hard for sure. I never stuck exactly to what they said, but I always took in between 1800-2000 calories a day. I tried to stay under 40g of fat also. If you do that, and stick to the program, you'll see improvements, and loose allot of weight. I finished the program in Feb. I think I'm gonna start it again around September or Oct. I have a real hard time in the summer, because I'm at too many BBQ's, and drinking way too much :beer;.

I went from 223 to 177 in 6 months. I've gained 5lbs back since I quit it, so I need to start doing some more cardio to get back down. My waiste went from 36" to 32". If you can get your wife or someone to do it with you, it goes by allot faster.
