P90x or P90x2

Did you really just ask someone to make you a copy? I could care less but nothing like asking someone to break the law for you on a public forum. Go check CL, there are tons of cheap copies.

Start with P90x first.
 
I am about to finish the second week of the second phase of P90X2. Feeling and seeing some good results. The X2 program is much more core/balance oriented. Lots of exercises on med balls, stability balls, one foot, one arm, etc. Pretty humbling at first, but gives you a sense of accomplishment as the program progresses. My metabolism is acting at a phenomenal rate right now. I am having to concentrate on eating around 2600-3000 calories a day just to keep weight ON. I try to stay around 195 (I am 6') for the activities I like to do. I have been down as low as 180ish before ( I was 238 at one point:face-icon-small-sho) but I felt I was not as strong and durable at that weight. I know the P90x programs aren't for everyone, but they sure have worked for me.
