Outrageous! Cease order on illegal alien arrests given to ICE agents!

Many of you know I work in law enforcement. I work with ICE agents almost daily. Two of them told me today they have been ordered to stop enforcing administrative law!!!!!!

That means they are not allowed to arrest and deport illegal aliens for just being ILLEGAL!!!!!

They can only arrest illegals that have criminal warrants (i.e. misdemeanor/felony arrest warrants).

An illegal alien has nothing to fear now unless he/she has criminal warrants.

This is not a rumor! This is fact! Two ICE agents I work with almost daily have confirmed this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the point of having ICE now!!! Any police officer can arrest someone with warrants.

This country is going to hell!!!!!! We need to SCREAM and be heard!!!!!!!

I have sent this info to Fox News. I urged them to do get investigative reporters on it ASAP!

Is this a coincidence that Nancy Polesi piped off about ICE being unpatriotic yesterday!!!!????? ...the same day ICE orders their agents to stop arresting illegals without criminal warrants!!!!???? Hell no this is not a coincidence! She was emboldened because she knew what was in the works!!! ....I guarantee she was a huge driving force behind it!

I would be willing to bet that it wasn't an E.O. I would bet someone put some pressure on ICE leadership and they caved and issued the order themselves without checking into the legality of it.

Makes me sick to think those a$$hats in washington are doing this....I swear if I didn't have a commitment to the military I'd be on my way to canada.

They have already stopped the fence. The border patrol is a problem they will deal with later. It shows they are still doing something. Until they get amnesty they will leave them in place.

Wrong. It was an E.O.. He put a halt to all ice raids till he gets his comprehesive immigration reform, also known as amnesty.

If we don't stop this it will change this country forever.
Obama has also sworn to make it EASIER for all new amnesty holders to bring in ALL blood relatives. Those relatives to be, mother, father, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather, childeren etc. Each and everyone of those are instantly eligble for medicaid, medicare and SS. It is estimated that the total number of new citizens would top 200 million in 5 years. Approx. 50% of mexico would become citizens.
These numbers would be above and beyond the standard 1.4 million legal immigrants each year.

This isn't like a new tax or new spending. This is a bell that can't be unrung. Once it's done, it is done.

Another point to make.
it is estimated that 7 million illigals currently hold jobs in the US. Approx. 5 million americans are out of work and can't find work.
It's not rocket science.

He made it late enough that a copy isn't available yet.
Actually, he didn't technically "suspend" any laws. He simply suspended "part" of a law. That is why we still have the boarder patrol. Also you will notice they are concentrating on "quote" criminal undocumented aliens "unquote". that is the new term for illigal allien. It allows them to say they are still enforcing the law.

Boy, I run into illegals every day too, and have been told for over a year that they will only take them if they are going to jail pending additional charges. One ICE agent even had the audacity to tell me that "it was late, and that she was tired, and that she couldn't even talk to the guy unless he was going to jail." I always make them post bond at roadside, or haul them in if they cant. Then "la migre" will come get them.
