He installed a windsheild removal kit duh:D:D

That bumper looks good though nice work

Well the windshield kind of uninstalled itself. I guess I helped a little

I haven't done anything to it this year yet. By tonight it will be in pieces all over the garage. :D

My sled quivered in the corner when the body saw came out of the tool cabinet. :) I am cutting the cheeks off the ugly 08 nose and fabricating some plastic panels to fill the gaps. The 4130 bumper and cut down skinz float plate will structurally support the nose. Some scrap poster board and electricians tape are serving as a mock up/template for the panels.

The left side has been rough cut and the right is still stock - for now.

Just thinking looks a lot like the 09 plastic kit you can get. Just stub up a little. The 09 kit would save a lot of time!

What's the fun in that?? :D This will be unique wont cost more than $50 rather that $500. I would rather put the cash into something I cant build like: fox floats. Stuff like this doesn't take too long when you have the right tools and experience.

Craig has mad skills. I'll admit that when he was looking at new sleds, I tried to get him to get an xp. Only because I knew he would be able to make mine run the way it should.... His 600 does just as well as most 800s.

UPS just dropped off my new tig welder. Should be able to start fabing up the nose bowl. I had an oh @#$@ I should have just put the 09 front end on moment yesterday.

I ended up getting too busy to finish the modifications and decided to purchase the 09 front end kit. It went on very easy. Should of done it in the first place!
