Just bought a 2004 lb7 and love the thing, just make sure the injectors have been updated as said above and ask about the water pump to, cause its right about $600 to get it replaced. I got 19hwy with 35s and 15 in town, but that's driving like an a-hole 
But I just put 37s on so we will see how it does.
