SAME THING happened to me last year. i had a fruit stand in Venice, CA.. i had 3 licenses. i didn't have the 4th license. the cops shut me down, and instead now there is a mexican operating in the same area with no licenses, but because he is mexican, he is left alone to sell fruit. Talk about RACIST liberals! - I hate them!
