one sled pickup bed tiedown??

What would be the best and most secure way to tiedown sled and ramp?

I love my Superclamps, they hold very well, they are easy to use, lockable, and you don't have to reach very far to lock and unlock.

I have a friend that built a rack that fits in the stake pockets of his pick-up bed and he hangs his tri-fold ramp on that and secures it with bungee cords so it doesn't flop around. This keeps the ramp off of the side of his sled while driving. For the sled, Superclamps for sure.

Anybody doing anything to protect the bed from carbides?


Didn't really think about what to do with the ramp, other than trying to chain or cable lock it to something.


When I get to the turbo stage was thinking about building some kind of pipe fuel tank, so could maybe incorporate that into a ramp holder.

Piece of plywood with some ski guides or strips of old plastic bedliner works great in the bed.
