One piece suits?

Man that is such an awesome photo.

See? that's when one pieces were cool. Racing stripes and I guarantee you there some aviators nearby. Form fitting, sleek, probably had some leather involved, and bad a$$.

Not the body bag fart retention devices getting shucked today.

m8magic beat me to it, lol. Made my day buddy!

All jokes aside, I have nothing against a one-piecs. Used lots and lots while working. People are correct, warmer than two-piece. No wind getting between jacket and pants.

But please take notice! They have to fit kinda ok, and that is the challenge. You need to find a brand that matches your combo of total height and leg vs. body (torso) length. If your lucky they dont hinder much movement.

BUT BE AWARE! Doing nr 2 in the backcountry in a 2-piece with a hood HAS ITS DANGERS!!!

Yes, there are stories. But I'm sure you get the PICTURE!!

I rocked the one piece back when I rode a Rupp.

Hey me too, a Rupp American 440. Our old one piece suits were black with a cool racing stripe and fit properly, they weren't saggy pastel ToBe bags.

my hmk one piece just came in, seems warm, seems like it provides mobility, and it seems to have great ventilation for warm days. Once you get over the picture of the old school one piece thats stuck in your head you come to appreciate it.

There is a lot of people that must have to **** all the time since there so worried about a trap door, get regular dam

Pretty sure I could get it off if I had to go that bad and if zipper was broke they would fix it. Poop stain and all

I see no use for them. Other than for the " look at me thinking out of the box , I'm so unique " bunch. I predict one more huge fail for tobe and their dumb ideas. I told them years ago no sledders will buy a suit with a hood , they didn't listen then either .....

I like the hood it doesn't get in the way at all and is removable if u don't want it.

Every winter jacket I've owned has a hood :noidea:

Never knew it was a problem till I came on snowest lol

I think the onesies look dumber than sock full of yak poop.
That being said, my default wardrobe is 501's & work boots with the steel showing through the toes, so I understand that my fashion vision is by no means crystal clear!

Wear what you want & don't be offended if others laugh.

Me too, I don't buy a coat or jacket unless it has a hood!

The Tobe monosuit looks warm as hell. If I lived where the temps were frequently -20f and below, it would be the only way to go.

I thought about buying one for when it's really cold, sometimes its -30 or colder when we get home from our rides up here in northern alberta. I'm thinking it would be way warmer then a coat and bibs.

I just wanna say I went out today it was -20 without wind, had base layer mid layer then my ToBe mono and I stayed warm and had no worries or issues of the cold

I was surprised and entertained by this thread. I dad not realize how many of us were out to make a fashion statement in the backcountry. When I buy gear I look for quality materials and construction, usually from a reputable company because that should translate into reliability and longevity. I want something that fits and doesn't restrict either my movement or the use of different layers underneath. From there I look at what I think looks good(whether that is actually the case or not). Then if I happen to see someone else wearing the same thing as me, I just assume that that person chose wisely, because I am not going to ride in something that doesn't work.
